i visited with friends. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the lady serving the carvery was a real gem. She was super friendly and cute. the carvery was fabulous. The girls scored it 5/5.
no hot water and there were cobwebs left in the bathroom! electric cables were stapled around the edge of the ceiling.

The staff were very polite. check-in and check-out were quick and simple. i found a nice little bar though i didn't use it. those who were present seemed friendly. there was loads of parking. The space was nice and neat. it was quiet. the parking area at the rear of the building was secure.
The wifi went down for nearly an hour one night. This was inconvenient.

the staff were very friendly, they went beyond expectations. the sunday carvery was really excellent, it had great quality meat and vegetables. the price was also very great, it was a very good value.
the room was not cleaned during our two nights stay. the beef seemed very tough and the roast potatoes didn't tasted so good. there were no peas nor sprouts offered with the carvery.
